The mainstream food economy is not working for everyone.  Two out of five Vermonters are now food insecure, up from one in four.  Stockbridge Community Meals is committed to addressing food security through strengthening our local food economy.

We source our food as close to home as possible. The food is prepared in certified, inspected, kitchens, right here in Stockbridge.  In 2024, almost all of the $93,555 spent on our food-related labor and materials went to local farms, cooks, and independent businesses:

your money stayed in your community.

When you sign up for our Prepared Food CSA,
you are not only purchasing delicious food and addressing food security, but also providing reliable support for the people and places feeding us and pictured above.
